Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using BrushBid (the App) developed by Unbuilt Apps.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

BrushBid is a painting estimation tool for professional painters. The App generates project estimates and PDF quotes based on room measurements and user-configured pricing. All estimates are approximations and should be verified before presenting to clients.

Estimates and Accuracy

Estimates generated by the App are guides only. We do not guarantee accuracy of any calculation or quote. You are solely responsible for verifying all estimates before sharing with clients. We are not liable for any financial loss resulting from App-generated estimates.

Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier with limited projects and optional paid subscriptions for unlimited access. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your device Settings under your Apple ID.

User Data

All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not responsible for data loss.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Unbuilt Apps and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbuilt Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
